SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Shipping
- Orders are shipped all over India through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
- After your order is confirmed, orders are shipped within 2 Business days and will be delivered to you in 3-8 Business days.
- Free shipping is eligible on orders over ₹ 999/-
- Standard shipping charges will be applied. For Tamil Nadu Rs. 50 and for regions outside Tamil Nadu Rs. 100 will be charged.
- Tracking details & shipping updates will be sent to your through E-mail after dispatch.
- Ritziant is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities.
- Cash On Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services, you may contact – care@ritziant.com
Return
- No cancellation is accepted after the purchase of your order, as most of our products are personalized and glass products.
- In case there is any mistake in your address details or phone number, the parcel is shipped back to us. We won’t refund, and to ship it back, you will need to bare the shipping cost.
Exchanges
- Upon receiving the package by the customer, if the customer discovers any irregularities or damages, they may request a exchange or refund.
- To get exchange or refund, the customer needs to send us a proper unboxing video of the package via email care@ritziant.com, after verified by us, we will initiate the refund and the courier person will collect the package from you at your doorstep. Then the refund is granted after the package is received by us.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company (if applicable), it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@ritziant.com with your Invoice ID.
Sale items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
