Here’s the good news: We will update you by sending you a tracking ID once your order ships. This will allow you to easily track your package and see its estimated delivery date. So, you can relax, knowing your jewellery or gift is on its way to bring joy to you or your loved one!

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Due to our policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges for jewellery items and gift products. However, if your product is damaged upon delivery, you may request a refund or exchange. To do so, please email care@ritziant.com with a detailed unboxing video showing the damage. Our team will review your request and contact you with a solution.

Absolutely! We understand that plans might change. Here’s how cancellation works:
• Unpersonalized orders: If you haven’t chosen any personalization options for your order, you can request a cancellation within 2 hour of placing your order. Why 2 hour? Because we might ship your package on the same day of your order placement. To cancel, simply send us an email at care@ritziant.com or reach out to us via WhatsApp +91 74188 11331. The sooner you contact us, the easier it is to process your request.
• Personalized orders: Once you’ve added personalization details to your order, unfortunately, cancellation is not possible. Personalized items are crafted specifically based on your request, and the process begins soon after the order is confirmed.
